Established by few Clinical Sonologist colleagues from different parts of Uttar Pradesh in 2016 through our Rainbow approach by the association , “In The Service Of Humanity; Every Life Matters”. We started with goal of bringing together all practicing Clinical Sonologists under one roof, who were facing lots of undiscussed , unsolved problems and hurdles & interruption in their day to day practice. We aimed to help all Sonologists to get to know and to follow PC-PNDT Rules, Regulations, without being afraid of these rules and to fight strongly against female foeticide. We also aim to expose those involved in unlawful act of Sex Selection and female feticide.
In very short period UPSA has achieved its goal with enhancement of knowledge and spreading relief among Clinical Sonologist by helping each other whenever and wherever needed. Together we have created an impact and made a difference.

As a founder member of UPSA I take immense pride to launch our vibrant website to unite all our members and to spread the knowledge to serve unprivileged rural community better. UPSA’s future vision is to move ahead to unite all Clinical Sonologists not only from Uttar Pradesh but from all States under one roof. I also invite all fellow Clinical Sonologists to share the latest in ultrasound imaging, to help all to follow international guidelines in scanning through the website . It will definitely enhance our knowledge in ultrasound imaging through different topics discussions and questions and answers. I also assure my Clinical Sonologist colleagues that we will keep bringing the basic and advance ultrasound guidelines, and practice scenarios on regular basis with PC-PNDT related issues also in our website.

UPSA has a strong team to look after Legal issues and Ethics along with Academic. All are always only a call away from you.

Greetings From Team UPSA

The harder the challenge, the sweeter is the victory.
In our case this is just the beginning and we still have a long way to go.
You must be thinking why I am telling you all this. Well, from where I stand today, I can recollect the inception of our organization which also happened against all odds in August 2016.

It was initiated with only four of us coming together but in just 2 years it has grown by leaps and bounds. The journey had its own road blocks & we are fighting for our rights.

Whatever we have achieved so far, would not have been possible without the continued support and hardwork of our esteemed members and I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks to everyone.

I would like to request your continued cooperation in achieving our motto of increasing our strength by inducting new members and being an advocate for the ethical and appropriate practice of sonology.

I know it’s not an easy task. There will be difficulties there will be struggles but then it’s rightly said:
“ Kaun kehta hai aasman me surakh ho nahi sakta
Ek patthar to tabiyat se uchchalo mere yaaro”

Progress in Medical Science never ends it opens New Chapter always & will learn every day every moment. You can share your knowledge and experience at our platform UPSA.
Everyone of you very well aware that our Great Nation will walk on tiny feet’s & support of tiny hands of new born. Our responsibility begins when they are in womb to look for their growth and overall development so our responsibilities are more than any of our colleagues.
We are Clinical Sonologist not Imaging Specialist.
So join hands and stand together for future of our great nation.

I would like to share few lines with all of you
एक विशाल वृक्ष पर सीधे सादे पंक्षियों का बसेरा था
मस्ती में दिन कट रहे थे कि एक दिन अचानक
सत्ता के मठाधीशों को जाने क्या सूझा कि एक तेज़ धमाका कर डाला
पंछी सीधे साधे थे सचमुच सीधे सच्चे
घबरा गये सब के सब मच गयी अफरातफरी
कोई इधर कोई उधर हर कोई बदहवास सा
पंछी घबराये जरूर थे लेकिन उन्होंने नहीं खोया था होश
उन्होंने भांप लिया अस्तित्व पर आये खतरे को
जब चारों तरफ घबराहट का मंजर था
एक पंछी थोड़ा अलग सा दिख रहा था
कुछ गंभीर कुछ अधीर
सत्ता के इस धमाके के खिलाफ आक्रोश लिए हुये
लेकिन सारे पंछियों के अस्तित्व के लिए चिंतित दिखता हुआ
उसने गंगा के उसपार के अपने एक वरिष्ठ पंछी से संपर्क साधा
फिर क्या था उन दोनों ने चारों दिशाओं के अपने पंछी मित्रों से गहन मंत्रणा की
मंत्रणा के कई दौर चले निष्कर्ष निकलना था सो निकला
एक मज़बूत श्रृंखला बनाना तय हुआ
बस फिर क्या था
एक से दो, दो से चार, चार से चालीस,
चालीस से अस्सी, अस्सी से एक सौ साठ
एक मज़बूत श्रृंखला बना कर उन्होंने
धमाका करने वालों को अपनी एकता का अहसास करा दिया
फिर एक दिन सारे पंछी गंगा किनारे इक्कठे हुये
पूरब के पच्छिम के उत्तर के दक्षिण के
अद्भुत समागम अभूतपूर्व ऊर्जा अटूट विश्वाश के साथ
सबने ज्ञान गंगा में डुबकी लगाई
फिर जम कर जश्न मना।
प्रेम ज्ञान नवीन परिचय से अभिभूत
लौट आये सारे पंछी अपने अपने घोंसलों में
एक नई ऊर्जा एक नई उम्मीद के साथ
नये भविष्य की आशा में।
